Our isostatic graphite plates consist of over 99.98% pure carbon. This makes them extremely temperature and thermal shock resistant. They easily withstand rapid temperature changes. In a normal atmosphere they can reach up to 450°C be shown, excluding oxygen even up to 1700°C and higher.
These products are characterized by excellent surface quality and precise angles and flatness of the surfaces! Surface quality Ra <3.2 µm, angular deviation <0.1°, flatness of the surfaces <0.03 mm.
Sawn panels are produced with a tolerance of -0/+2 mm, deviations in angle and area are possible. The standard maximum block dimensions are approx. 500 x 400 x 1200 mm.
